Houston Rodeo Concert

This year at the Houston Rodeo, we saw the country band of 'Sugarland'. They did a great job. Our seats are so awesome. They are on the 50 yard line about 5 rows up. Perfect seats!! The Reliant Stadium seats around 70,000 people!!! So, you can understand why good seats are important!!!

Spring Break 2007

Spring Break is such a great time for our family!!! We love to go to Houston and enjoy the Houston Rodeo. Once again, Sheldon wanted to ride the mechanical bull. He did a great job!! The actual Rodeo was awesome this year. We saw some unbeivable perfomances. Enjoy the pictures!!!

Nac Attack Photo's

Nac Attack Baseball Team

Baseball season is here!!! Sheldon in now playing on two baseball teams. He loves it and we just can't get enough. He is playing on a tournament team called 'Nac Attack'. The team is coached by four wonderful men and all the boys on the team are so great. We love being a part of this team. So far, we have played in two tournaments. The first tournament was in our hometown and our team won first place!! It was so exciting!!! At the end of the tournament they presented our team with really nice plaques! Trophy's have really come a long way. We are so proud of all the boys on the team. Sheldon received a very special honor that surprised us all, he was selected as MVP of the tournament!!! What a great honor! We praise the Lord for this special award and we are so thankful that Sheldon is healthy and has the opportunity to play baseball. We truly consider it a gift!!! Justin & Amber's Wedding

Many of you know our very dear and precious friends, Justin & Amber. They got married during the month of March. It was so sweet, I cried so many tears of happiness for them. They are both so special to our family. What a joy it was to watch them over the last few years. I remember when Justin first told me about Amber. There was something different in his eyes. Then, when I met her, I knew that there was something in her eyes too. God has brought them together and there is no doubt that their marriage will be successful. I look forward to the future and watching them grow even more. I know that God will use them in so many ways to touch so many lives around them. Justin holds a special place in my heart. He is Sheldon's BIG BROTHER, and I could not be more happy about that. These two young people are excellent role models for all the young children that they surround themselves with. Justin & Amber asked Sheldon to read scripture in the wedding. What an honor!!! Sheldon was so excited and did such a great job. One of our best friends, Rocky, had the honor of getting to marry them. He did an outstanding job. We had a great weekend getting to spend time with Rocky, Kristi, Anna Beth and Parker. They recently moved away and we miss them so much. We truly enjoy anytime that we get to spend with them. Anna Beth also read scripture, Cole was ring bearer, Catie Grace was the flower girl. All the kids did a great job. Enjoy the photo's!

Here is a photo of Sheldon sitting in a tree talking on the phone. He is now very interested in talking on the phone to his friends. He wants a cell phone so bad, but that is not going to happen. This tree is in our backyard. He loves to climb trees and scare me!!! I always have to tell him, "That's too high!"
